Surveyor · master bricklayer
Master bricklayer with an additional trade certificate in concrete and more than 30 years in the private housing market. He has built several detached houses, two- and four-unit homes himself, and has recently worked as Technical Manager turn key — technically responsible for complete delivery of commercial buildings.
Surveyor · engineer
Master builder and building engineer with more than 40 years in the trade — as an independent builder, site manager for terraced houses and apartment blocks, in concrete and formwork, and some years in insurance. Long-standing member of NTF/Norsk Takst, authorised to value homes, commercial property, plots and leasehold sites. He has served as an expert lay judge in court and does valuations for seller’s liability insurance.
New standards for condition reports arrived in 2022. As members of Norsk Takst with master craftsman certificates, you can be sure of a thorough and complete survey — with access to all reporting tools and approved insurance.
