Building inspection
Following up progress and quality against contract and Norwegian Standard — before the wall is panelled.
Alongside loan monitoring we can follow the building process itself: progress and quality against the contract and the descriptions in Norwegian Standard.
Are floors and walls within tolerance? Is the cladding correctly fitted to the windows? Is sealing around roof penetrations and chimneys good enough? A fault is easier to fix before the wall is clad or painted, or the floor is laid.
Tolerances are given in mm, % or ‰: flatness deviation is unevenness relative to an ideal plane, direction deviation is deviation from the specified slope or plumb.
